Warranty Claims: Please contact our Warranty Center via Email service@tk-industriesltd.com to start the warranty process. Claims must be supported by a complete description of the problem and include photos or otherwise. replacement or return of the part. Warranty periods will remain as listed unless modified by management.

2. How do you control the accuracy and safety of spare parts ordered?

Each customers will receive a full-process service guarantee during pre-sales, on sale and after sales, which including the spare parts service and technical support.

1) Technical Support:

Votai has a well-organized technical service team to assist and communicate with our customers about their machinery technical issues. We supply technical support for our customers during pre-sale, on sale and after-sale;

Various support methods like Phone service, Email service, Live chatting (Whatsapp, Viber, Messenger, Skype), Shipping service and Warranty service.

We provide 9:00am-24:00pm phone call technical supports. We could offer on-site supports upon customer’s request

2) Spare Parts Services

Adhering to the “customer first, quality first” principle of good faith, we make the following commitments:
A. When we send quote of spare parts to our customer, we will confirm with customer first what they need the genuine parts or replacement parts. After getting the client final confirmation, we will supply the corresponding quality products to customers. We never transfer the quality and deceive customers.
B. Apply label on every parts to ensure accuracy.
C. Standard and appropriate package to ensure parts arrives safely without any damage.

3. What will you do when the parts received are wrong or broken?

We provide after-sales service for all parts we sold. Specifically is as follows:
1) If the goods were wrong due to our mistakes, we will refund the purchase amount to our customer, or ship the new correct parts to our customer at our cost and responsible for the associated logistics costs.
2) If the goods were damaged due to the logistics company, we will contact the logistics company at once to communicate about do claims. And give customer feedback in the shortest time.
3) If it is the quality problems of the genuine parts, customers need inform us in 3 days and provide the mass appraisal report or related photos. For Replacement Parts, we always offer three-month warranty after shipment (some individual products have different deadlines)
